A press conference on 14th Ningbo International Fashion Festival was held in Future Pavilion, Shanghai. Zhang Songcai, the spokesman of Ningbo Government and the vice director of Organizing Committee of Ningbo International Fashion Festival, said that 14th Ningbo International Fashion Festival would be held from October 20 to October 24 and Ningbo would promote its fashion and develop markets with the help of Shanghai Expo.
14th Ningbo International Fashion Festival will consist of an opening ceremony, a fashion exhibition, a professional fashion show, a show of fashion for the young and mass fashion show. The fashion show will be held in 7 exhibition halls of Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center, one more than the show last year. There will be 2200 stands, including Famous Brands, OEM and Costume Machine. During the show, there will be such activities as purchasing meeting. It is said that the most fashionable part will Youth Fashion Week, which will be held from October 20 to October 25 by Ningbo Youth League and Ningbo Youth Association. The Youth Fashion Week will consist of the third China Children Fashion Week, Final of 2010 Youth Enterprise, 2010 Show of Love and Dahongying Wedding Ceremony.
Zhang said there would be an additional item in this festival------a Ningbo Fashion Show in Shanghai Expo. After the National Day, enterprises like Peacebird will go to Shanghaito show their fashion, promote their design and develop their market. Ningbo Fashion will be demonstrated for visitors from home and abroad.
